Papillon Restaurant

The location of the restaurant is very good. You can park near the restaurant.

We really enjoyed the food very much and the presentation of the food was also very good. We think it was something different from the other restaurants on Aruba.

The service was kind and you do not have to wait very long.

We can really recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Aruba.

I heard the chef here is one of the best on the island so I needed to go and find out for myself! The rumors are true!!

Nearing the end of our vacation we visited Papillon restaurant and what a treat it was! Aamazing food, great service and a wonderfull looking restaurant. A shame we could not come back as we left the next day but next time we will surely be back! Thank u Papillon for a great evening!

My wife and I have been coming to Aruba for over 20 years and have heard good and bad comments about PapIllion. Well we finally went last night and we were very disappointed!
We tried one of the fish specials and the portion was small and the quality was average. There are a lot of choices in Aruba were you can spend over $100.00 and get great food this not one of them. I guess we will wait another 20 years before we try Papillion again.

We hosted a private party for 51 guests at Papillon and were thrilled by every aspect of the evening. The service was superb throughout the dinner which started with a cocktail hour with scrumptious hors d'oeuvres. Every guest had 3 choices of appetizers and main courses: lobster soup, crab cakes or ceviche; grouper, tenderloin or salmon. Dessert was either creme brulee or tarte tartin. We also served the house red and white wines during dinner--they perfectly complimented the appetizers and main courses. All our guests raved about the excellent food and outstanding service, vowing to return during their next visits to Aruba.

My husband and I ate at Papillon not once, but twice during our 10-day honeymoon in November. The food was delicious, esp. the mustard soup; the service was impeccable; delicious wine; excellent outdoor patio. I highly recommend dining there and will definitely return on future trips to Aruba.

Nice evening in a lovely setting with great food.

My favorite here is the Tuna Trio appetizer which I always get as my main dish along with either a salad or crab cakes. Still as wonderful as always! My husband loves their beef bourguignon here. For dessert we split the Mousse tasting - 3 different flavors - white, dark, and milk chocolate. Food and service were both great!

We are so glad that we listened to the positive reviews about this restaurant. Our meal was amazing! We wish we had gone here earlier in our trip as we would have returned for a second time. The crab spring roll appetizer was fantastic and we loved the presentation. The Grouper was out of this world and my husband really enjoyed his lamb as well. We would highly recommend Papillion to anyone interested in a simply delicious meal. Go here, you will not be dissapointed!

If we could give a rating of 11 we would. We have been to Aruba 16 times and discovered Papillon a few years ago - just after it opened. We have returned every year to Papillon and this year had dinner twice in one week. The food, staff, atmosphere and all around excellence!!!! Not to be missed!

We enjoyed Papillion for the first time this week and had a wonderful meal. The food was well prepared,and presented and the service was super friendly.

We especially enjoyed the escargot, which is prepared traditionally, but with a puff pastry embellishing it on top, yummy!

I personally enjoyed the Shrimp in red pepper sauce very much, and my family had the grouper (2 thumbs up from my son), my daughter had the risotto cakes, whcih are presented lightly fried - very interesting and tasty and my wife enjoyed the beef bourgenion (sp?), as good as in Paris.

The variety and tastes, presentation and service have added this resturant to our "go to" list for our next visit.
